The Website is operated by The Silver King Project ("Silver King," "we," "our," or "us"), a nonprofit organization that provides fully funded saltwater fly fishing trips for veterans, active-duty military, and first responders.
The Website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly offer services through the Website to children under 18. If you are under 18, please use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Silver King may accept donations through the Website or through donation links provided on the Website. Silver King uses Stripe to process donation payments made through or linked from the Website. Donations made through or linked from the Website are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine, in our discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to error, suspected fraud, or an unauthorized transaction. If you believe a donation made through or linked from the Website was made in error or without authorization, please contact us promptly. Refunds, when issued, will generally be made to the original payment method.
If you set up a recurring donation through the Website or through a donation link provided on the Website, you are responsible for managing or canceling that recurring donation through Stripe, your financial institutions, or by contacting us. Cancellation requests may not take effect until the next scheduled donation, depending on when the request is received and how Stripe processes the request.
Silver King may provide written acknowledgements for donations made through or linked from the Website as required or appropriate. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and donors should consult their own advisors regarding the tax treatment of any donation.
Silver King may use the Website to provide information about fly fishing trips and related programs, and may allow individuals to apply for or be considered for participation through the Website or a linked third-party platform. Submitting an application or other information through the Website or a linked platform does not guarantee selection, participation, travel support, lodging, equipment, accommodations, or any particular program benefit. Silver King may make decisions about eligibility, selection, scheduling, participation, and program requirements in its discretion, subject to applicable law. Silver King is not obligated to review, respond to, or act on any information submitted through the Website.
Program participation is not governed solely by these Website Terms. Saltwater fly fishing, boating, travel, outdoor activities, and related activities may involve inherent risks, including risks related to weather, water conditions, transportation, wildlife, equipment, physical exertion, medical conditions, and the acts or omissions of other participants or third parties. Participation may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, safety rules, waivers, releases, codes of conduct, medical or accessibility forms, or other program-specific requirements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any program-specific agreement, waiver, or release, the program-specific agreement, waiver, or release will control for that program.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information through the Website or any linked application platform, and for promptly updating us if relevant information changes. We may rely on information provided to us when reviewing applications, planning trips, assessing accommodations, and addressing safety or program logistics.
We want the Website to be accessible and welcoming. If you have difficulty accessing the Website or need to request information available on the Website in another format, please contact us. Requests for assistance or accommodations in connection with a specific program may be subject to separate program requirements and review.
We may use service providers and third-party platforms to support the Website, process donations made through or linked from the Website, manage Website communications, host content, or support online applications or forms. Stripe processes donation payments made through or linked from the Website and may have its own terms and privacy practices. Other third parties also may have their own terms and privacy practices. The Terms shall be governed by, and will be interpreted according to, the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to any conflict-of-law provisions. Jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the Federal and State courts in Charleston County, South Carolina, United States. By using the Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts, and you waive any objection you may have to the forum and venue of these courts in proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND SILVER KING EACH KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, DONATIONS MADE THROUGH OR LINKED FROM THE WEBSITE, ONLINE APPLICATIONS OR FORMS, CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LINKED FROM OR USED TO SUPPORT THE WEBSITE. YOU AND SILVER KING ALSO AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
